The 2018 Farm Bill will be finalize after the November Elections.  The current Senate version of that bill includes important changes for African American and other Historically Underserved Producers, and the Community Based Organizations and 1890 and other Educational Institutions that serve them.  This panel will examine the pending changes and discuss strategies to guide farmers, CBO’s and 1890’s in using them.  Topics include but are not limited to: farm credit, industrial hemp, and FOTO.
